How do I extract a data dictionary in the Teleform system?

Let me look into this will get back to you.
I have forgotten exactly how.

But I cant seem to be able to export the teleform form in the format they are expecting ("File Exchange Format (FXF)") so still trying to figure it out.

Any ideas anyone?
